Shipping restrictions
At this time we are unable to ship orders to General Delivery, P.O. Boxes, Jersey, Guernsey and the Channel Islands, Poste Restante. Orders made to any of these addresses will be cancelled. We deliver to all Europe and many countries around the world. The delivery address of your order must match the country site in which you place your order. Orders made from a different country site than the delivery address will be automatically cancelled. Please select the correct country site for your order from the link in the corner of every page. Deliveries are made during office hours from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. The courier will make 3 attempts at delivery; after the third, the order will return in our warehouse. Shipping Date SHUSALA.COM ships worldwide using standard delivery.
Estimated transit time after dispatch:
USA and Canada: 3 – 5 days, according to the final destination and the customs clearance time.
Europe: 3 – 4 day for major cities / 5 – 6 days for remote areas.
South America: 5 – 6 days, according to the final destination and the customs clearance time.
Asia and the Middle East: 5 – 8 days, according to the final destination and the customs clearance time.
Australia and Oceania: 5 – 8 days, according to the final destination and the customs clearance time.
Africa: 5 – 8 days, according to the final destination and the customs clearance time.
SHUSALA shall not be held responsible for delays in shipments caused by weather conditions, international customs issues or any other circumstances beyond the control of SHUSALA. We remind first-time Clients that SHUSALA.COM can request the Bank or PayPal to double check the transaction and the account information. This verification process will delay immediate shipping.
Dispatch of available items
Orders with items that are already available will be shipped on the second business day following order completion. During sales or special promotions, shipping times may be longer. SHUSALA.COM reserves the right to delay dispatch in the case of unforeseen circumstances.
Order for production: shipment dispatched upon receipt of merchandise
Some products will be product after your order, this items will be shipped as soon as they are received in our warehouse. Your credit card will be charged on the day that you place the order, despite the postponed ship date.
Successful Shipment Delivery
Upon delivery of every order, Clients are asked to inspect the box carefully BEFORE signing for the delivery. If for any reason the box looks tampered with, either sign for the package with reservations or refuse the package. In the event that the box has been signed for with an unauthorized signature or there is evidence that the package has been tampered with, open a claim immediately with the courier and contact SHUSALA at customercare@shusala.com
If the package is not successfully delivered to the Client's address due to a lack of cooperation from the client (wrong telephone number, wrong address, absent at address, non-compliance with import regulations) as per the SHUSALA.COM commercial agreement, the package may risk being sent back to Italy at the Client's expense including any import fees that may be assessed upon re-entry to Italy. These fees will be deducted from any eventual reimbursement.
Documents for exotic leathers
Shipments that contain items made from exotic leathers, with a destination outside the European Community, by law, require additional documentation of CITES (Convention on International Trade in Endangered Species of Wild Flora and Fauna). This document serves to accompany the head and certify that the head was made with skins of animals bred specifically for business, and not savages. For additional in formations you can see www.cites.org. The release of this document by the Wildlife and Game Fishing Custom's Office requires 14 days. In addition, to obtain the CITES document, you must have the bill of sale, so the customer will be charged before shipping. Because of the time required to obtain these permissions, the shipment will not fit the normal delivery time. In some cases, the customs of your destination may require the customer to obtain an import license for the shipment to arrive. In this case, any costs incurred to obtain the license shall be borne by the customer and will not be refunded by SHUSALA.
Return policy
If for any reason clients are not satisfied with an order, the item(s) can be returned for size exchange, store credit or refund within 30 days of the merchandise's delivery date.
The Security Tag must still be intact and attached to returned items..
Return Instructions
1. To request a return authorization number (RAN), sign into your account on the website, select the items to return and the desired type of return. You will receive an email from SHUSALA.COM with your RAN number and instructions for the return shipment.
2. The courier for the return shipment will be provided in the return instructions email sent by SHUSALA.COM. Please write the Return Authorization Number on the Airway Bill, on the outside of the box and complete the AirWay Bill as per the instructions in the RAN E-mail. (The Courier will provide the AirWay Bill to complete upon pick-up).
3. Type of refund:
Partial Refund
In case of return with refund request, return shipping and any import duty will be charged to the customer.
• The cost of return shipment from countries outside the EU is € 50,00, plus the cost of import taxes.
• The cost of return shipment from countries insidethe EU is € 15,00.
• The cost of return shipping from ITALY is € 10,00 .
(These amounts will be deducted from the final refund.)
• The partial refund will be made as soon as the return have been checked and accepted by SHUSALA and leaders will be verified.
• For orders paid with a credit card the amount refunded will be available to customers in approximately 10 days, and will still be visible on the next card statement. Timing may vary slightly depending on the banking system of the credit card used.
• For orders paid with PayPal or by bank transfer the amount will be returned to the original account.
• The partial refund will be issued in the same currency as the original purchase. Any difference in amount due to exchange rate fluctuations will not be refunded.
4. Returns must be shipped within 30 days of the order delivery date.
Return Terms and Conditions
• The Security Tag must still be intact and attached to returned items. Item(s) must not have been worn, washed or altered in any way, and must not show any signs of use. Soles of footwear must be in perfect condition and must not be marked in any way.
• Items must be returned with all original tags, packaging and other accessories received with the order. Shoes and other accessories must be returned with their original boxes, which must not be damaged and/or altered or used as the external parcel for the shipment
• Returns must be packaged in the SHUSALA box.
• In the case of defective or incorrect merchandise, clients must follow the instructions above. SHUSALA reserves the right to request photographic support regarding defective or incorrect merchandise before authorizing a return for full reimbursement of shipping and import fees.
• Pick-ups for all authorized returns with SHUSALA courier account numbers must originate from the same country of the original shipment.

• In the case that the return shipment requires pickup or the payment of any added fees, SHUSALA reserves the right to refuse returns sent with a different courier than specified in the confirmation email.
SHUSALA.COM reserves the right to refuse returns that are unauthorized and/or not sent in accordance with the return policy detailed online. In the case of unauthorized or non-standard returns, the merchandise will be returned to the shipping address specified in the original order. If an unauthorized return is accepted, Shusala.com will deduct a 10% administrative/re-stocking fee from the refund.
